049: STOP Reactivity

We are all guilty of overreacting sometimes. In the heat of the moment, we can do or say some harmful things without ever stopping to think of the consequences. Unfortunately, by the time our emotions taper off, the damage is already done, and the only thing left is regret.

In today’s episode, we will discuss a practical technique you can use to put a stop to this negative response during difficult situations and gain control of your emotions, once and for all.
